    I'm new here, my last 4Runner was a 2nd gen, I am heavily considering a new one, the only contender is a Grand Cherokee, I fully understand that they are not the same, if the 4Runner had an available heated steering wheel (medically needed) and a remote opening rear hatch (used multiple times daily for dogs) the Toyota would be a no brainer. I like full time 4wd but don't want a Limited (I don't like the 20's and everyone I've seen has the 3rd row and cargo tray, not wanted by me). I'm studying the KDSS option, have not made up my mind yet. My new rig will be used mostly on-road but I want the ability to hit the trail, while the Jeep has the gizmos that I want I like the opposite old school 4Runner, one thing I have observed is that there are lots of old 4 Runners around, you don't see near as many old Grand Cherokees on the road. It's good to be here, have lots to study!
