my truck is cutting timing.. its throwing p0171 for running lean and p1135 for having no catalytic converters. within the last month, my air intake hose, fuel filter, and spark plugs have been replaced. i have also fixed it idling rough, but that seems to back. this all started after welding a new muffler on... im not saying it caused it but it started happening again after that happened. any thoughts

The OBD-II system reads in front and behind the catalytic converters. Without the cat it will throw a code.
