I have a 2000 4runner and I’m trying to install an Eaton e locker harness. But I can’t find any place to zip tie the wiring harness to under the car. I need to reach the rear axle. Any ideas?

You could get a bag of adhesive cable tie mounts (cable buttons), very large zip ties to wrap around the frame, or zip ties linked in pairs to set one at right angles to the other.

So I should follow the frame and use those methods to secure it?

Left side may work better than the right side - no exhaust. Follow the frame, over the top of each crossmember. Leave enough slack above the rear axle to allow for full flex. Sheath the wire for protection.
