I'm rebuilding a 220k mile 86 automatic for a friend, I'm close to reinstalling engine and transmission, I'm concerned about the EFI, will it work after sitting for 20+ years ?
any good advice would be appreciated.

Did it sit un-used for 20+ years?

My 95 Tacoma is fine. A ton of these old trucks are fine when maintained and used.

Yes, my friend overheated it in the late 90s and it was parked under tarp in pole barn until this spring when I started on it
