I’ll spare you all the full story...but I swapped out my TRDORP roof rack for a TRD Pro. 2020 Model. Had a bear of a time getting the bolts loose. Actually had to resort to a heat gun. Total sh*t show.

Has a huge rain and it leaked. I pulled it off. While doing so, I lost one of these silver clips picture below...the clip attached underneath the headliner, on the underside of the roof itself. It serves to hold the other two clips together.
I cannot for the life of me find a part number...I’ll call the dealership parts dept tomorrow but I doubt they’ll be of an help...any parts gurus on here? Picture is below.

I tip my hat to you for figuring out a heat gun was needed. There's another trick should you run into the problem again. Depending upon the size of the bolt? A soldering iron works too. Did a major mod on a motorcycle and had to procure an industrial grade iron, because of the bolt size being worked with. Those, don't come cheap. lol Anyway, hope you don't have to purchase a 100 clips to get one. Good luck and keep us posted.

I think there’s a “parts kit” that has the part you’re looking for. There are a couple threads floating around here about losing bits between the roof and headliner when doing this rack swap- along with procedures to help you not lose the parts. I know it’s too late in your case, but you might find some helpful info in those threads.
