N-Fab 2019 Limited horrible experience on going

Okay to make a long long story as short as I can, I will try.

Ordered part#T1164RL through a local RealTruck Vendor here, received the part. Wrong part # shipped back and got full refund.

Ordered directly through RealTruck website, customer service stated for the Limited 4Runner it should be part #NFB_T1164RL, and not just T1164RL. I then received, and saw it did not say "NFB" on the order or box anywhere! At this time, I was upset.


Contacted customer support, explained what has happened, they shipped me the correct product again a 2nd time. And sent me a return label to ship my received product back.


Also during this time, customer service answered my initial complaint about my very first order that I did with my local vendor. I talked with them and they assured me that part #T1164RL would fit, and sent me a .pdf of the instructions. And they had no idea about or wasn’t sure of anything that had to do with part # “NFB” ? They explained to me that all bracket are the same, and on the front bracket you only use (1) bolt hole to line up with only (1) OEM hole.


So this NFab person created a return shipping label for the item that I’m about to receive. So I started installing the product that I had in my garage on the drivers side first, and sure enough it did fit. It was getting late, waited until next day, started to install passenger side took out Nerf bar , and in the box was an identical driver side!! and again I was pissed off again.. and now losing sleep over this.


Today, I am going wait for my 3rd order to see if that has a passenger side, if it does I’m taking that and returning two drivers sides. What a #%*^+ mess..

 

So I attempted to contact customer support on the weekends explaining my issue, and all they said was they are going to send a request to product support to send me a passenger side runnring board. However, I just recieved my 3rd order, and took that passenger side, and installed that. I just wanted to document via there Chat customter support, of what I am going to return. I have now got both driver side and passenger sides installed. So my return is going to be (1) running driver side running board from 1 order, and 1 driver side from another order in the same box....lol... hope they can figure all this out! Im done with it... I have documented all my steps/transactions/chat conversations/...Im done......whew...... now I can sleep better.

 

What a mess! I hope everything gets totally buttoned up.
