Mechanic recommendation in north NJ

2018 Gray 4Runner

Hi all, new to the forum, just got a used 2018 4R Off-road with some upgrades (2.5 inch lift), recently had a random shop greased the suspension as I heard noise when going offroad. After that, I can hear suspension is making a clunk noise when start from a complete stop, would not go back to the shop did the greasing work, any reliable shop / experienced 4R mechanics in North NJ to recommend?

Also want to retrofit 2021 4R headlights, would like a shop to do it, wonder how much would it cost..

Any recommendations? Thanks in advance.
