I recently began to install my clutch pedal assembly on my 4runner and drilled the necessary holes through the firewall but a detail I was wondering about - it almost seems that the studs on the support assembly that connects up to the master cylinder - the larger portion of said studs do not reach through the firewall but only the threaded portion does - is this correct or am I missing something? Hopefully I’m somewhere close in the neighborhood of where this is supposed to be. Hard to hold everything in place and mark the holes. But with the one hole already in the vertical position set the assembly doesn’t quite reach the firewall.
