Low Country area easy trails?

    I have a few days off here and was looking for simple trails to get back in the woods, to find scenic areas.. Lot of the roads are maintenance roads for the state.
    Just curious if anyone in this area knows of roads that take you out, to scenic areas etc.
    I am in Goose Creek area.
