My 85 runner is possessed when my low beam lights are on and you tilt the steering wheel down past a certain point they shut off entirely. Then at that time the high beam dash indicator comes on. But the high beams do not. But when you push forward on the high beam light switch the high beams turn on perfectly. Help. Ive looked for un soldered wires and look connections and cant find anything. I am an electrician by trade.
