    Hi Everyone,

I recently lifted my Lunar Rock 5th Gen 2.5" in the front and 2" in the rear. Looks amazing! Getting in and out has became annoying! Even though I want to get a Rock slider for functionality, It has to look good too. Do you mind sharing what you have with Photos and possibly recommend one?

    Thank you

I bought the All-Pro bare sliders and did all the prep and paint myself. Wheelers Off Road will have a good deal on them occasionally.

I can vouch for Greenlane's sliders, especially if you live anywhere where they salt the roads.

Aluminum may not be the right fit for wheeling Moab, but for daily driving and less extreme off roading you'll appreciate having less weight and the knowledge they'll never rust.

I have AP but honestly it’s like 1.5” more to the door sill because functional sliders are tucked up. Mine look flat but they are angled up. Sounds like you want more of a step.

I have RCI 5 degree sliders with top plate (removable to clean under it, touch up powdercoat, etc.). If you step on it with your foot parallel to the truck its a good step, and they are very solid.

4x Innovations sliders. They bolt to the 4x skid plates creating a cohesive unit that turns your 4Runner into a tank. The guys I wheel with have their aftermarket skids bent to hell. The 4x hardly has a ding. IMO they are well worth the extra weight. The sliders use 13 bolts per side and bolt onto 3 sides of the frame, unlike other skids that are flush mounted or 2 sided mounts. They do not offer powder coat. You have to paint or powder coat them yourself. If you reside in the salt belt, I recommend not getting the top plates. They are a PITA to clean in the winter and they catch a lot of snow.

I bought the 4x after watching this video. At the time, no other company had a vid showing off their product.

I went with the RCI 5° Rock Sliders. They work great as a step as well.

Thank you! I will ordered the one with 12.5degree angled with not kick outboard. I live in Michigan and that's definitely gonna help!

If you go off road park that has rocks / boulders ideal is to the frame and a kick out.

I went with the RSG kick outs with grip plate a couple years back. I told my wife they were sturdy running boards. Easy roof rack access and a functional step for elderly parents. (Late 80’s). Very happy with them.
