Liftgate Swap 2003 with factory spoiler to a 2004 no spoiler

2004 Toyota 4Runner SR5 4wd 4.0

Rhino all body moldings

My 2004 4Runner SR5 4wd 4.0 liftgate was badly dented.
I replaced the liftgate with a 2003 4Runner limited that has the factory spoiler. Swap went great with one exception. My 2004 has a tire pressure sensor and wires branching off the wiring harness that goes to that.

Can I splice into the 2003 wiring harness

or do I have to pull the entire wiring harness and liftgate computer out of my damaged 2004 liftgate

any help appreciated
