    Hello
    My first post on here

    I’ve an 18 ltd
    I’m replacing some bulbs
The license plate lenses (and screws) are in pretty bad shape
Screw heads are stripping while trying to remove
I’ve sprayed the screw heads with WD
I’ll let it penetrate but my question is Has anyone has the same problem and did you find a solution
( other than drilling them out and replacing the lens)

Welcome! Let your penetrating spray (whatever it is) do its thing then maybe a bit of back and forth motion with the screwdriver to break them loose.

OP, if you have or have access to a Dremil tool, use a very small or almost worn out disc to grind a slot into the Phillips head screw. Then use a standard (flat) driver to remove the offending fasteners. And try to get the correct P-head screws in Stainless Steel. That and a dab of Anti-seize.
Also, wear disposable gloves, that shit jumps onto anything close by. People that know, know.

Am I the only one who has no idea what a 'license plate lens' is?
