    Folks:

I've been looking for a solution to hoist my 1988 4Runner top to the ceiling and I think I've found it.

Lange Originals makes a hoist that lifts the top and securely stores it against the ceiling. It's the same model for the older-style Broncos.

Does anyone here have this hoist? I'd like to hear if anyone has it and could share a thought or two.

    Thanks.

You could also buy a cheap ATV winch and some strut channel and make one for less than $200. I bought an engine from a guy who mounted an atv winch in his garage to pull engines. If I had vaulted ceilings in my garage that's what I'd do.
