Any have experience with JB Weld for bonding plastic together? Best bond all-weather material for plastic on plastic?

IMO JB weld is not the BEST but usually will work if you rough up the surfaces and clean them well. BEST would be the solvent for the specific plastic involved---ABS cement for ABS, PVC cement for PVC etc.

Thanks. I’m potentially trying to fabricate a 5th gen TRD grill onto my 4th gen. I might be able to reuse the brackets from the 4th gen grill but they will need to be fastened in some way, probably with a glue of some sort.

Are you seeking a strong joint, or a near invisible joint.
As mentioned, solvent welding gives a small joint.
Another strong joint is heat soldering/welding. Use a soldering iron set to the correct temperature to melt but not burn the plastic. And plastic weld filler rods can be purchased. Very technique dependent so practice before doing real job.

I've used Permatex black plastic welder with great results on a side by side tailgate. It comes with a 2-part epoxy type applicator, it's Permatex part number 84145.
