Whats up everyone, I recently purchased a 2015 4Runner. I was looking to get into off-roading. I was looking to get a good introductory lift that won't break the bank. Thanks!

Both Eibach and Bilstein make good quality entry level shocks for our trucks.

Each of these will give you a little different ride.

Just depends on what you're looking for.

Welcome from Canada! A lift that won’t break the bank is going to be tough! You’re talking the suspension of a 5000 lb vehicle and if you don’t want to degrade it from the OEM, you’ll need to spend some money. Maybe the best bet is to live vicariously and research it all while saving up for something decent. It’s cheaper to do it once than to try and save money and end up dissatisfied and doing it 2x.

I believe in the buy once cry once saying, but I change my mind more than I change my underwear when it comes to setups:D

What’s that old saying, something like “cheap, fast and good - pick any two”. Kind of something like that.

Hey @didywgn you can read about my review of the ELKA system, it’s active under current posts right now. I didn’t mention it before because it’s not a lift that won’t break the bank, haha. But, I had save for it, and it was worth it. I finally got it on after planning for it for about 2 years. In the meantime, the OEM suspension did the job!
