    I have an idea for a mod but I do not know if it is doable yet.

    Is it possible to take the heated steering wheel parts from a 2023 4runner limited and install it on 2021 limited?

    I'm sure a lot of us are thinking about it. It'll be costly I'm sure someone will figure it out

    Living in Quebec. I would pay for the upgrade.

    It's a long list...
    Sure, anything is possible... It's just a matter of A) How much work do you want to spend doing it, and B) What is the cost, and with A+B does it C) Make any sense to do.

    A= Not plug and play
    B= To be determined
    C= See above

    My question is what extra goodies are we going to get for the 2024MY considering we have 1 more year of the 5th Gen. Production ends 8/2024. I'm not a betting man, but I'd put my money on dual zone climate control standard on the premium trims for US spec 4Runners (Yeah, Canada already got this in 2020...). It's either that or parking sensors, because there are not more parts left for them to pull off the shelf for the 5th gen.

    I'm sure someone will.

    What is your source for your claim that the 2024 model will still be a 5th gen?

    I don't have anything official, just combining what I have read/heard from a few sources. Check the other 4Runner forum in the 6th gen section (if you can wade through the litany of pop-up ads on that site). There were portions of a spread sheet posted showing SOP & EOP for models. 610L is the 5th Gen. 930B is 6th gen. The fact that to date we don't have a single spy shot or whisper of the 6th gen means that it is likely greater than 12 months out and will probably be a 2025MY. I could be completely wrong (and I hope I am since the 6th gen needed to be here circa 2020).

    You’d need the clock spring for it plus the pinout and a way to supply power.

    There’s no souce saying it won’t be minus internet speculation that happens yearly.

    I did this upgrade in my 2018 F150 it was quite costly. You’ll need a wiring harness clock spring and a new wheel. I also had to program it. Unsure how that would work ORP on the T4R as it would have a physical button
