How to best kill flicker of LED high beams?

    I just replaced my low beams with these Katanas and it’s a huge improvement, so I want to use them for high beams, too. This video from Headlight Revolution suggests I should expect high beam flicker when DRLs kick on.

    Q1: does strobe/flicker happen?
    Q2: is the suggested device (GTR PWM interface module $65) a reasonable way to go about preventing this?

    Is there a better way to do this?
