Upgraded tires and front shocks

Hi all,

I posted a thread recently about an issue with highway speed shakes I have been having, I tried flipping my tires front to back and am still experiencing shakes, mostly in the steering wheel, but also kind of throughout the whole car. Anyone know what it could be?
