Welcome from Wisconsin! Put them on, drive around forward and reverse, steer lock to lock while driving (abandoned parking lot works well for this) if they rub, you might need a lift, you don't know unless you try.

    We dont know
We dont know because nobody has done it
    Why has nobody done it?
Because the vehicle is new and your offset is questionable. The few people who have put tires and wheels on 6th gens have stayed within the realm of OEM offset and run larger tires that fit INSIDE the wheel wells. What you have is going to sit well outside the wheel well and outside the fender flare as well i would suspect. This brings on a whole slew of changes in how the tire "swings" when you turn. You are most likely going to be the first to do this particular combo and you are going to have to let us know how it goes. Then we will know.

    ALL the offset
Visually, those appear to put the outer lip of the wheel about 5-6 inches further out than the OEM wheel. Gonna have a whole lotta poke.

Gen6 is still so all-new that you’re mostly asking a bunch of Gen5 owners, so, greetings from the time of the BlackBerry!

Have some fun, experiment on your own, and you tell us. Good luck, and congrats!

Really depends on the offset of the wheels. The front is where the issue will materialize first. Try installing the wheels on the front and fully crank your steering wheel in both directions while vehicle is on a lift or jacks, if there is full clearance, then put vehicle on the ground and do the same thing. Make sure there is clearance while steering is fully cranked, if so you're good to go!

I agree. There are a lot of “new” members that post about weird problems and questions then disappear. I assume many are bots or trolls.

Just stop engaging in other peoples problems (threads) and then don't even have to worry about it. Wait... stupid advice. If everyone ignores everyone's posts, this would be a forum filled with a LOT of unanswered topics/questions! :D

Let’s pretend for a moment that you didn’t make a post lacking the pertinent technical information needed for us to assist you.

Lift does not decrease the amount of rubbing you’ll experience on a vehicle with IFS. Wheel offset is going to be a major factor in how much rubbing you experience.

Operating under the assumption that the 6th gen is comparable to the 5th gen, most people upgrade to “285s” (32.7" x 11.2"). When paired with 0 offset wheels, this setup results in minimal rubbing compared to other setups.

I have 285/70R17s with a +5 offset and no lift, and I had to remove my front mud flaps and trim a little bit of the bumper/fender flare. The tires you have are a bit taller and quite a bit wider. If your offset is negative, you’re going to experience even more rubbing.

Aggressive negative offset is where most people run into trouble. I would put the tires on and turn them back and forth to see where and how much rubbing occurs.

Then you can decide how much you’re willing to remove to reduce or eliminate rubbing. Just remember, you can run whatever size you want if you own a Sawzall!

Did you try mounting the tires before ordering the lift?
