    Hey everyone,

New to the forum and happy to be a part of the group. This is my 2007 SR5 V6 4x4. Bought in August of 2019 with 149k on the clock, and right before the aftermarket prices/value on these trucks spiked to astronomical levels! Even these 4th gens, the redheaded stepchild's of the 4runner lineage, are now insanely priced.

First thing I did was swap out the totally shot original suspension. The front was really bad...both shocks leaking and was sitting so low, you'd think I had it slammed and lowered on purpose. Suspension I'm running: Front: OME 884/90021 + SPC UCA's / Rear: OME 895/60004. Next up was new wheels and tires: 285/70r17 BFG K02's (C Load) / TRD Pro Wheels. Install for the wheels/tires wasn't until late in the afternoon, so I decided to Plasti Dip all chrome to black while I was waiting to drop it off. Also got some basic recovery points: a Factor 55 hitch link for the back, and Apex Overland recovery points for the front. Up top, I'm running LFD Ruggedized Cross Bars with an EXO Outdoors 2.0 RTT attached.

Coming soon: ARB 2500 awning, and a Detours of Maine RidgeRunner hitch swingout tire carrier. I'll snag the awning here in a few months once the weather starts warming up again in Colorado. The DOM RidgeRunner? Well, I ordered/paid for it first week of December, so we'll see how long it takes to get here. Sick product, great price, and not needed until mid-Summer, really. So I'm happy to wait for it. Will hook up a 2 or 4gallon Rotopax to it as well.

This is also 100% a daily driver, and I'm really happy with the balance of drivability and off-road performance/camping comfort this set-up is providing.
