Heated Steering Wheel Addition

21' SR5P. I know it can be done. Just add money. Anyone had any luck with a stealership doing the upgrade? For me it is not a DIY project. I'm not messing with the airbag system nor the extended warranty.

Thoughts?

 

Wish I did not have mine Curiois do you have a blanck switch where the heated steering wheel button would have been?
Also to anyone knowledgeable here, does the switch connect to BCU?

 

Yep. Blank switch plate is there. There are aftermarket ways to do it but OEM is my preference.

I missed the last release for the heated steering wheel harness. If anyone decides they do not want to proceed with the retrofit, I would purchase! I already have a steering wheel off a 2024 Pro.

 

Why do you wish that you did not have a heated steering wheel?

 

I do not use it at all. Same for heated seats. Should've bought OR instead of ORP.

 

Just did it earlier this month with all OEM except for the wiring harness from Old Red. I use it all day every day.
