Hey folks, I have a 2016 4Runner. The headlights are not working. However the high beams do work. After looking at the diagram online it seems that there are two fuses, one for each headlamp. Therefore I think it’s a relay. Has anybody had this problem before? If so I need a good wiring diagram for replacing the relay. I bought it used and i’m unable to find the manual.

    thanks…

Not sure about the 2016, but my 2021 has separate fuses for high and low beam lights. If you haven’t checked already, that’s where you should start.

Also not familiar with the specific relay for 2016 headlights, but this explains how to wire a typical 4 pin relay which is likely what you’re dealing with:

    Hope this helps. Good luck!

Have you verified that the low beam filaments are good and / or you have power at the sockets? Go for the simple stuff first.
