Greetings from Indiana - Placed deposit on Nightshade to tow a Casita 17'

Greetings all. New member from Indiana. Just yesterday, I placed a deposit on a Gray Nightshade that will double as both my company work vehicle and my occasional weekend tow vehicle for our Casita 17' Spirit Deluxe Fiberglass Travel Trailer (2,400 lbs.) We debated on the 4R, Tundra Platinum, Gladiator Rubicon or the new F150 Hybrid Platinum. My wife and I both love 4R and always said we would get one some day, when we could. It was my dream vehicle when I was younger too. So, instead of putting it off further, now is the time, and our only dilemma is which color. We ordered gray, but the dealer said they may have a white one too. Decisions, decisions. They will let us know in the morning. Anyway, great content on the site, looking forward to many years of miles and mods.

Thanks, all. So, looks like all 4 Nightshades that were found in our area sold Saturday! Crazy, they were supposed to get one on dealer trade, but it was a warm sunny Saturday and I guess people were getting that feeling of summer and needed to spend some stimmy. When the dealer followed up after not hearing from them, he was informed that it sold that day. BUT, the good news is that they did have a 3rd row Nightshade build in process, so I got to customize a new build. Gray nightshade with a few extra bells and whistles, such as the built in dash cam. Bad thing is that the build doesn't go to production until April 29, and then it is a 4 week min process to get from Japan. Oh well, just happy they figured something out, Nightshades in our area are rare.
