    Greetings everyone!
    First of all thank you for having my hubby and I. I am an emergency physician and my hubby is a contractor. We are going to purchase our first 4runner within the next month. Our plans include to buy with overlanding in mind. We are doing baby trips in our tundra now. We will spend the next year buying and outfitting the 4runner. In addition, though I am emergency medicine trained, Im going to be taking some wilderness medicine phsyician level courses/trips over the next year. Our goals are to go as far with this as we can.
