    Hi
Year 2019, around 52K miles. Some oxide or similar on the underside of the oil cooler (the one by the oil filter).
Should I be worried about the look of the oil cooler or is this normal?
It's also a bit strange that the coolant is not green-blue but pink, so it almost can't be coolant.
Or does this heat exchanger have copper in it which can oxidize? Maybe from the outside.
Thanks if anyone has experience with this.

Looks like normal corrosion from outside elements.
Unrelated to your Toyota Pink "Super Long Life" coolant.

Most oil coolers of this type have stacks of copper plates in them brazed together. That's just copper corrosion from the environment.

I would try cleaning off the corrosion. A nylon brush and a spray household cleanser. Household cleaners are usually mild.
I would start with Simple Green and see if it is effective. If not, work thru your cleaning supplies.
    Rinse fully after each cleanser.

There are various coolants and colors out there, most not interchangable. As said above Toyota Long Life is pink.
