I want to buy the black valances to replace the silver ones on my off-road premium, but my state requires a front license plate. It doesn’t appear the trd pro valances come with a place to attach the front plate. Do I have to drill holes myself?

    How do I achieve this..

The black valence is EXACTLY the same as the silver one except for the color. You transfer your plate and holder over to the new one.
It has 2 dimples to line up where the screws for the plate goes , the same as the silver one did.
Not sure if they are self tapping screws or you might have to drill small starter holes. We don't use front plates here.

Also, You have to take the whole bumper cover off to swap valences you know. I just did mine a few weeks ago.

One center bolt under front bumper is enough to hold simple bracket for license plate, without chunky oem piece of plastic for license plate.
