Since the 6th gen’s have started becoming available, I haven’t spotted many on the roads. Thus far, I’ve counted 3 out and about. (Central Texas, just outside of Austin)

How is anyone else doing spotting 6th gen’s? To me, it seems they aren’t exactly flying off the dealer’s lots.

I’ve been seeing precious few 4th gen Tacomas out on the roads as well.

I blame ludicrous over-pricing as a reason for slow sales on both of these vehicles, followed by lack of a V-6 engine.

Quite a few 4th gen tacomas around me. I like them way better than the turd gens

I've seen zero in the Midwest / locally, except on lots. On a recent trip we saw three total, I feel like all in Texas but possibly one in Utah. We also saw three Mogs and an Earthromer so possibly this is a distorted and highly anecdotal count!

    Ewwwww no!

The ones I've seen have been on dealer lots, but I've seen a few people in my general area driving new Land Cruisers.

Quite frequently I see the same dude driving a black Lexus GX550. Nice ride.

I’ve seen several to date, my experience can’t speak towards popularity since there’s a number of Fisker Oceans, VinFast VF8s, Grenadiers, CyberTrucks, etc. rolling around in town.

Especially since I’m only out at the times I am out, don’t want to make this more of a “it’s clearly not selling because ___” thread.

    At least 10 between cali/vegas

I talked to two person but they both said they were renting them out for use, not as lease / purchase so no real opinion on whether they like or appreciate them

I have only seen 2 and they were both this last week.

My local Toyota dealer has ZERO on the lot and I've been there twice the last few months.

I get the sense distribution has been very limited so far.

I've seen a few, but my local dealer has none. I think it's more of an issue of short supply than lack of demand.

One thing I hardly ever see is new Sequoias, and those have been out 2 years now. I'm always surprised when I see one. That thing has to be a massive sales dud.

Sequoias are a very low volume vehicle to begin with.
