what are guy's doing with the trunk mat if you have the roll out factory shelf??

 

If you're talking about the sliding cargo tray, there are cargo liner mats available for them.

 

There is an OEM mat especially for the sliding cargo tray

No, just one with necessary cutouts.

I would love to have a pull out cargo tray installed in mine.

in all honesty i bought this truck a few months ago and don't find the sliding tray all that useful. not saying its not usefull but i would much rather have a power lift gate , and i know my 4'11' wife strongly agrees im looking for an aftermarket kit now,

 

I have to say I felt the same as you, until I started carrying a cooler and some tools. I found myself sliding the cargo tray out to access items easier in the back, but also as a work surface. To each their own.
