Just picked up a 2019 4Runner Off Road. Very excited to join the community, ask lots of questions about T4R builds, and offer my experiences as they develop.

Coming off a 2014 JK rubicon that I turned into a rock crawler running all over CO/Utah before getting bored with it and rock crawling along with all the wrenching to repair the damn thing (now sold).

    Build plan:
25 miles-Already replaced the stock wheels/tires with the matte grey TRD wheels and 285/70R17 KO2s. Cut the front bumper to fit the bigger tires, removed the front mud flaps, and pushed the fender molding forward and re-screwed...no more rubbing at least on the paved roads.

Lift is next, going with Toytec Boss 3" with SPC UCA or ICON (not sure which stage...too many options).
Then adding RSG rock sliders followed by RCI skids.

    February
Once the bank is replenished and my wife lets me back into the house, I will add front and rear bumpers (recommendations highly appreciated). Considering C4, CBI, SSO on the front to include a winch. Same on the rear bumper.

    March
Next will add a roof rack, Front Runner or SSO are in the lead for consideration. This will support the RTT (recommendations welcome).

And then maybe lights and SPOD down the road and onboard air.

I will post pictures to log the progress.

    See you on the trail...
