    little stuffs
About a month ago I installed a set of the Eibach Pro Truck shocks on my 5th gen. After the install, we had about 4 weeks of winter with snow, ice, and salted roads. I power-washed the underside of my 4runner twice during this time. I try to keep that salt off as much as possible.

A few days ago, I took a peek at my new suspension setup, and it was already showing ready signs of real corrosion on the shock bodies. It's like the zinc coating did nothing. I was a little shocked that it happened that fast with a fairly well-known product.

I know :worthless:I'll post some tomorrow.

Does anyone else have this problem with Eibach? I mean, it's not like KY gets that much winter really, some of you all have it much worse than here.

i run eibachs and can tell you i noticed it just like you did but then it seemed to stop. Ive had mine almost 4 years and run the Pro-Stage 2. Just used their fantastic customer service to warranty the front shock. Easiest process I have ever been through. They sent me a brand new one within days of submitting the warranty.
