Doors will unlock but will not lock

I have gone through just about every thread I could find on this topic but haven’t seen anyone with the exact problem I am having.

I cannot lock my 4Runner unless I manually flip each lock over. Hitting the switches on the driver/passenger side do not lock but will unlock, as well as my key fob/key turning the lock on the door. Here’s the catch, once I manually lock all of the doors I can hit lock on my key fob and it will beep and lock the rear hatch as well.
What is confusing me is that all locks are operating well with unlock, and the module will react if all doors are manually locked…

I’ve seen a lot on the BCM but not sure if that’s my issue. Any advice is helpful!
