Welcome from Wisconsin! It kind of looks like it has a lift from the picture.

Possibly with one inch, two inch maybe pushing it, I'm not exactly sure. Someone on the forum will know.

Looks like a 6 inch lift, you’ll want to verify exactly what you have. If the cross member up front is chopped up that’s a good sign that it’s 6 inches.

Post pics of the actual suspension so we can try to help. That picture doesn’t tell us much

As stated, you need to take actual pictures of the suspension...both front and back. Not a screen shot since those downgrade quality significantly.

That could be a body lift too...or a cheap hockey puck lift, or both. I say that based on the tires.

Looks like a spacer, and I would assume a body lift as well since those tires look possible bigger than 315’s.

See if you can post better pics of the top of the springs, front and rear, and the body mounts.

Small spacer, considering the cv axle angles aren't that bad really. I'm on 2.25" of lift and my angles are far worse.

With the fender flares pulled off and tires that stick out, paired with a body lift, you've got a rig that looks taller than it really is.

Is there a space between body and frame? Could have a 1" body lift in addition to the suspension.

We can see a good sized Spacer on the top of the Coil spring tower and it looks like a a blue spacer at the Upper control arm, Take a picture from the side at the Spacer that has the white writing on it that will give a lot of information along with the tire size. There is defiantly lift and it looks to be quite a bit there.
