So unfortunately I don't have $2000-$3000 specifically saved up yet for the steel rear bumper, but I will be purchasing one with tire carrier and more importantly to me - the style that has side round bars (that look like kettle bell handles).
So for now after I've rust cured and painted the rear end (frame, sway bar/pan hard, and axle & diff), the stock bumper goes back on
