Any tips on how to remove the dealer badge without wrecking the paint/clear coat?
I told them not to put one on when I purchased but they "forgot" :annoyed:

Is it plastic? Heat gun and fishing line. Your vehicle is pretty new so should come off easy.

If they put on vinyl letters as many do, heat them with a hair dryer and they will easily peel off once warmed up. Follow up with some fresh wax and they should be no sign of them ever being there…

    Cheers,

It's more like a badge and not vinyl, like the TRD ones they put on the pillars. Will the same procedure work?

BTW - I see the front plate on your avatar. Congrats to the national champion Dawgs! Well deserved........Now that's all this GT alum can muster!

Good call on the fishing line / dental floss. Didn't even think about that. I will give it a go without heat first and then try heat and the line if the line itself doesn't work. Thanks to you all!

Thanks... That means a lot from a GT grad. I come from a family of GT grads (Granddad and Dad + cousins) and I attended there as a freshman. I transferred to UGA in my sophomore year and got 2 degrees there so am a "Double Dog". I've got nieces and nephews that went to Auburn, Clemson and Florida State so we've got the southeast covered

I'm so relieved that the Alabama Monkey is off our back now.

Anyway, get that nasty dealer advertising off your rig!!

    Cheers,
    Bob
