D-ring kit for cargo area side panel cutouts???

I’m looking to put small D-rings on the hidden bolts in the side panels of the rear cargo area….the bolts you can access when you pop the plastic covers. Can someone please share what you have used successfully and a link to buy if available? I’m assuming I’ll need a d-ring, longer bolt, and washer. See pic, thanks!

I've continued on with my quest to add or improve tie downs in the back cargo area. After my last project to add tie downs where they didn't exist before: I 'm keeping it easy this time by simply upgrading the existing tie downs on the rear corner posts. Making it extra easy, I'm just making a few tweaks to Nglayton's post on the topic Materials:
Tie downs:
I utilized tie downs left over from my previous install since they'd match, they were "free," and they perform well - The D-ring area is about an inch, they are solid, and importantly - the D-Ring doesn't rattle. They are the Hipiwe Kayak Tie Downs (pic below)

Screws:
You'll need longer screws. The size is m6 50mm (according to nglayton the length isn't critical as there is space behind the pillar). I selected a phillips and tapered head to match my other screws and fit the tie downs, which are inset. (pic below - the screw closest to the square is the OEM screw).

Spacers:
I utilized a spacer to give extra support to the tie down. Nglayton used a metal spacer on hand - I needed to buy some and the local home depot only offered nylon ones. However, they also didn't have the right combo of diameter and length, so I went with 1" spacers with the correct inside diameter and then just cut them down to 3/4". They are a bit narrower than the hole, but hefty enough they will provide support

Washer:
I utilized 3/4" outside diameter washers I had laying around.

After this upgrade I'm up to 10 total D-ring tie downs in the cargo area:

4 OEM D rings on the floor
2 New D rings in the side panel below the windows
2 Converted tie downs (coat hooks) to D rings on the ceiling
2 Converted tie downs (T-hooks) to D rings on the rear corner posts

for D-rings and since the spacers seemed to be too expensive at the HW store (cheap SOB that I am), I bought some 1/2" diameter aluminum tubing and cut some to back the D-rings. No more cooler sliding around back there!
1/4 turn and pull straight out for the T-corner posts.

 

I use the FJ cruiser d-rings, a longer bolt, and a large nut on the back side of the d-ring as a standoff.

Edit - I just went out and looked. I actually took it apart to verify, and I forgot how deep that little cavern is. I actually used a 50mm M6 allen head bolt through a washer, a d-ring, and three well oversized SAE nuts on the back side to act as spacers.

Bolt -> washer -> D ring -> nut -> nut -> nut -> OEM inset nut

If you hang the ring upside down it won't rattle.

 

As per the Loco thread above, for the locations near the rear door, I used these D rings with some nylon spacers. I also wrapped some tape around them so no rattles.

After staring ace hardware nut/bolt bins for an hour or so, I went with some all thread, a sleeve and an eye bolt. Sorry no part #’s or links. Use them to tie down two 5 gal watercans (85 ish pounds) during many off road trips in the last 4yrs
