Looking to replace the CV axles on my 08 4Runner. May go with the OEM upgraded 5th gen axles but can anyone recommend a quality aftermarket brand of axle?

I would agree with OEM. But they are around $500 each. If yours have ripped boots and that is all that is wrong with them, you can get the reboot kit from Toyota for around $70-80.

Although I can't really recommend a certain axle, RCV comes to mind, they cost about $2,000. OEM seems like a good choice.

I have a CVJ reman on the passengers side and a NAPA on the driver's. Itll be interesting to see which lasts longer.

All I get is this little box?!
CVJ are OEM remans, I've had good luck with them.
