    Anyone recommend some decent cold weather work gloves that handle the wind well also? Temps are 15f-40f.

    When it's cold outside I've been using Kinco gloves model: 1927. They come in lots of sizes, they are leather/cloth, with a lining.

    They make that same glove but with a knitted cuff that fits snug around your wrist...Kinco model 1927KW gloves.
