    Hi:

I am halfway trough an auto to manual conversion on a 95 4x4 3VZE Runner.
I have the clutch/brake bracket out of the vehicle, and in my hands. (again)
Close inspection does not show any existing cracks, or even any that may be in their infancy.
Can anyone show me the areas of the bracket that are crack prone? (pics please)
Does it usually crack in one general area, or randomly?
As you can imagine, I only want to mount this once.
Actually twice, because I had it installed, and then read a post about cracking, and took it out again. (before I put the dashboard pieces back in)
I can weld reasonably well, so I am sure that I can Frankenstein something together that won't come back to bite me later. I don't need style, or prettiness points.

Thank you all for any responses.
    Art.
