Cell phone via bluetooth - call recipient sees wrong phone number

My wife has noticed that when I call from my 2021 4 runner that the number she sees on caller ID is NOT my cell phone number.

I have (only) my cell phone linked via Bluetooth to the stock head unit. It has happened several times over the few months we've owned it.

Any idea why or how to resolve this?
