Cargo Lamps installed but no Button to turn off and on

    6th gen 4 runner off road premium
    Howdy!
    My car came with the cargo lamps option installed. However I noticed in multiple 6th gen 4runner vidoes, if someone has the cargo lamps they also have a button to control them in the front (to the left of the steering wheel). I am wondering if the factory installers forgot to install it or if it's possible I got the cargo lamp option that did not include an on / off switch
