Looking for advice from anyone who has installed a C4 Lo Pro with factory TRD skid plate. Did you need to remove the plate during the lo pro install or were you able to leave it in place? Based on the C4 video the bumper needs to tightened in its highest position to accommodate the skid and the bumper itself has flange on the bottom. It's unclear in the flange sits behind or in front of the skid. Im sure this will be clear during the installation but always easiest to know what needs to be taken off in advance. Appreciate any advice.

The c4 doesn’t interfere with the pro skid unless something has changed between the 2019.

Thanks @Jynarik i know the skid won’t interfere with the Lo Pro I was just curious if the skid needed to come off for ease of install. Appreciate your help!

Yes. Good call, I never noticed the contact until the coating wore off and I get creaking in the front end. See pics for reference.

I'd think a solution will be to cut back.the skid or get a longer bolt spacer pair. Should only need to make a 1/4 gap. Will be my next project. This is a 2021 trd pro, for reference.

Interesting and it maybe the height I have mine mounted but my Lo Pro does not touch my skid. I have a small gap between the two. I did mount the Lo Pro as high as I possibly could give the flexibility of the mounting holes.

I went back through my install steps and determined it has to be at the highest mounting point with trd pro skid plate.

Wasn't easy installing myself but I'll use a floor jack to boost it up. This appears to be a non issue so take my prior post as simply my experience. Hope it helps anyone in need
