Brake Light Issue

2002 4Runner Limited

3” OME lift, 17”TRD Pro Wheels, 33” master craft MXT

I recently realized my brake lights were out and switched the bulb, brake light switch, tail light fuse, and made sure the relay was good and still no luck, tail lights and everything works fine but no brake lights on all three. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it. Thanks.
