2023 4 Runner TRD Pro

Just bought a used 2023 4Runner and noticed this strange bracket bolted to the two mounting bolts for the driver side seat. Does anyone know what this bracket is for? I've never seen a bracket like this before and have no idea what its for.

Might be a mounting bracket for a fire extinguisher. There's several versions of those.
