Body Swap on 1992 SR5 Pickup and 4Runner

I have blue 1992 SR5 Pickup that is manual transmission and 4wd that has been t-boned on passenger side.

I also have a blue 1992 SR5 4runner that is automatic transmission and 2wd that desperately needs an engine rebuild but does still run...technically.

I want to swap the bodies out. My pickup has been sitting since Oct. 2023 when it started leaking gasoline between the engine and firewall. I had just gotten a cancer diagnosis and was scheduled for surgery and just couldn't handle dealing with it.

The next summer I was offered a deal to good to pass up on the 4runner.

I prefer the 4runner body and the engine, 4wd, and manual transmission from pickup. I figured since I have to take half the engine apart to access the area (I suspect fuel injectors) of the fuel leak it would be a good time to do a rebuild as well.

I have rebuilt 3 engines and 2 transmissions. While I have some memory issues due to past stroke I usually start remembering while I am working on vehicles. I typically just have to give myself a short refresher.

However, I have never tackled something like a body swap before. Is there anything unexpected I should know that later on I will say "why didn't I ever even consider that would be a problem?"
