Very noticeable whine/noise from blower motor at low speeds. Vehicle has less than 3000 miles.
Blower motor and filter are clear of any debris. Listen with
    headphones!

sounds like mine. Most likely the bearing on the blower motor. Since mine was still "working" but noisy I greased the rod with a little PB blaster until it comes back. You're under warranty so they should replace it no problem. its an easy fix but one of those annoying things that happens more often than I realized.

The PB blaster fixed your noise- if so for how long. I have read this is common for blower motor, but I want my Yoda to be perfect. My 14' corolla is quiet so I would expect the 4Runner to be as well.

I agree... mine wasn't near as bad as your video... but any creak or noise in the cabin drives me nuts. If the noise comes back relatively soon then I'll just replace it. However, I don't have a lot of confidence going back with the OEM one since its a common issue and yours is failing on a 2023 model and therefore it should be replaced under warranty - again that shouldn't be an issue at all.
