Has anyone used the Toyota Blackout Overlays on their 4Runner? I am thinking of using them but am wondering if they are good quality and if they will hold up for the long term? If you have used them, are there any issues with them coming off in situations such as a car wash? Do they hold up to summer heat or do they become disfigured in hot conditions?

The Toyota brand OEM are excellent and will last. Mine have been on for however long I’ve had my truck 2.5-3yrs now. Amazon ones not so much.

Tidepride, What version of 4Runner do you have? I messed up and purchased an OEM overlay kit that is for an SR5, and I have an Off-Road. The Stealership wants 35% as a restocking fee, I would rather sell it to a person who wants an OEM Overlay at what I paid for it, and I'll cover shipping than give them a restocking fee

Ordered them from Amazon and put them on my 2019 TRD OR I used to have. No issues what so ever. Good cleaning on the badges before install, they held up great in all kinds of conditions. Cleveland weather to put it to them to the test.
