Best way to remove rust from inside the frame

Hi there is there a great way to get large amounts of flaked rust out from inside your frame? Thanks (vaccum?)

Pressure washer and compressed air. Not much else you can use due to small size of openings in the frame.

 

ignore Dudley, he’s trolling all of us. Hes started a couple of posts about rust.

 

Stuff it with 100 CAD bills, the more the better.

 

Good tip, he is a multi-millionaire… lol!
