    Stock everything
Hello! I have a stock 1996 4runner 119000 miles and I want to lift it as to make it easier to drive through the mountains this winter and snowboard. I'm new to suspensions and overall modding but you gotta start somewhere. I need something that's economic but also practical. Any advice will help, thank you!

PS snow levels in the mountains I'll be driving in get 36" deep at time if that means anything.

Dobinson lifts, Old Man Emu, Bilstein are your more inexpensive, done right, reliable lifts. Icon, Fox, King are your more high dollar ones.

This is my 02 with the Bilstein 5100s 2” lift. I don’t know about pushing through 36”s of snow.

A lot of people will talk shit about rough country. This is the second kit of theirs I have used on a Toyota and I have had zero issues. This 4runner gets light to moderate off-road use.

Thanks. Ya the rear springs took quite awhile to settle but I'm happy with how it sits.
