Had a bunch of Treehouse beers at a party this past weekend. Haze and Green are my favorites of those. Also had an Other Half beer called Broccoli which is hilarious. It was delicious. Scored a Focal banger as well. my friend trades tired hands beers for all this other stuff and is nice enough to share! bonus unintentional photo of someones butt haha whoops! Had a Shatter Me Timbers at Damascus Brewing. Good tasting and contains CBD. Love their chalk board beer listing.

Plain jane pilzners for me. Stella, Peroni, Pilsner Urquell, Becks, Heinies, whatever. Kirin or Sapporo with sushi is nice.

I hear if you drink too many IPAs you might grow man boobs.

I loved the beer we got in the PI, but it didn't like me at ALL. I'd have to spend the next day, after a night out drinking in Angeles City, near, NEAR, a toilet. That beer mooooved things right along, that's for sure. Ask me the name. That's right, I can't recall. I can't recall most of the nights out on the town, for that matter. I was always surprized the times I woke up in the barracks. I has no idea how I got there.
After a few of those episodes, I found the AF girls on base were ignored, and lonely as heck. I moved in with two of them in their barracks right across the parking lot from the best chow hall on base. Sure better than living in a condemned barracks a mile from the chow hall, with another GUY! And the girls bought American booze at the Package Store, which was a LOT easier on my gut.

    Have fun, All!

    I LOVE BEER!

Way too much to tackle on a school night! Beer. Rum. Scotch. Cocktails. I enjoy a good beverage. :D

    I love alcohol too.
TOO much. When I got lost walking a 1/2 block home from a friend's house, middle of the day, and the cop grabbed me 8 blocks away, walking down the middle of a busy road, singing at the top of my lungs, I decided I better quit. Thank goodness te cop was nice enough to take me home, not to jail.

Now, I might take a sip of Jim Beam once in a great while, but that's it. I still have 1/3 of a fifth I bought when we moved up here to Oregon. That was 18 years ago. I pour a little into some eggnog around Christmas, or take a sip on New Years. Not much else. MAYbe a siip on my b-day.

Yeah, there are times I regret giving it up, but it would have been much more enjoyable if I could remember what I did...

Well this place looks like it needs some help to get rolling! @McSpazatron , @Thatbassguy and the rest of the Wisconsin Toyota group can post beers from our brewery trips or Driveway beer Friday!

After 3 years of searching for Hershey Porter Yuengling I found a few 12 pack bottles.

Yuengling isn’t sold in my state (Wisconsin) or the state I work in(illinois). Tracked it down in Indiana.

    worth the wait!

Drank a 12 pack in the neighbors garage!

Knocked down a few Psudeo Sue beers at the bowling alley. If you like grapefruit, this is for you.

I like Yuengling as well. It's pretty standard at the bars in Florida, so I'll surely be enjoying a few next month.

I'm surprised to see Coronado Brewing all the way out in Wisconsin. Is it common there or a rare find?

I actually got that beer as a gift. I haven't noticed it before, but I've never looked for it.

I will say that Wisconsin has plenty of microbrew enthusiasts (beer nerds). I know a few. And, the liquor stores do a very good job of catering to them. The local/microbrew section at some liquor stores is downright impressive!

We have a guy in the Wisconsin Tacomas (Tacomaworld) crew who knows a ton about beer and always brings some very interesting stuff to our shindigs. @Bookiebob surely knows who I'm talking about.

We might need to do a beer exchange.

I need some Karl strauss brewing lager from San Diego. I also want some Taco Truck from Dust Bowl Brewing in California.E6A377C1-96DD-4B18-95CD-80CB9FC1F72A.jpg

There's definitely a handful of us who enjoy the microbrews, but Paul seems to be the resident expert.

Fyi, I'm going to stock up on Islamorada and possibly other beer while in Florida. If you have any requests, let me know.

I'm no longer in San Diego.

I live up in Santa Cruz now.

There's a lot of great beer in this region though.

If there are any breweries up here on your radar, let me know and I can send something your way.

Just wanted a change of pace.

San Diego is incredibly busy. On the weekends, the freeway would be jammed on the northbound side from all the residents trying to leave town and jammed southbound from all the visitors trying to get in. Not to mention all the work-week traffic. It was mind-numbing and we felt like we couldn't go anywhere without sitting in hours of traffic.

Santa Cruz has everything we want. It has a lot more open space, the ocean is right next to us, we live on an acre in the forest, snow mountains are a few hours away, amazing camping 1.5 hours south in Big Sur, and I rarely ever sit in traffic anymore.

It's expensive to live here, but wages are higher as well.......so it was kind of a wash for us in that regard.

You’re right, LOTS of good beer in Santa Cruz. If you’re ever on the other side of the hill check out a few in San Jose. Hermitage, Strike, Narrative Fermentations, Camino Brewing.

And if you like wine take a visit to Loma Prieta winery near the summit of 17. It’s a mountain top winery worth the view alone.
